("Nanali" or "we"),
a developer and publisher of games and mobile game applications made available via app stores including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that we collect through our games, mobile applications and other products ("Games") (together, the "Services").

By using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and consent to our processing of information as described herein.

WHAT DATA IS COLLECTED?

• Identity-related data: For some applications, data from your Facebook account when you log in using Facebook Connect, such as public profile information (surname, forename, age, gender, email address, profile photos, hobbies) and friend list.

Data collected by Nanali is used to:

• Provide and operate our applications

• Develop new applications

• Deliver relevant and targeted advertising

• Produce analytics and statistics to improve user experience

• Communicate with you when you contact us

Where required, data is collected only after obtaining your express consent through in-app notices. You may withdraw consent at any time via the settings of the relevant application, where available.

DATA RETENTION

Nanali stores personal data for a maximum of 12 months after collection, unless a longer retention period is required by law. After this period, data may be anonymized and used solely for statistical purposes.

RECIPIENTS OF DATA

Data may be accessed by authorized Nanali personnel and by partners and service providers acting on our behalf. All such parties are required to comply with applicable data protection laws and to ensure confidentiality and security.
