Nanali Inc. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the games, mobile applications, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Nanali Inc. ("Nanali", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

  2. Eligibility
    You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). The Services are not intended for children under the minimum age required by local law (commonly under 13). If you are under the applicable age of consent, you may use the Services only with parental/legal guardian permission where required.

  3. License and Use of the Services
    Nanali grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense any part of the Services except as permitted by law;

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code (except where prohibited by law);

  • Use cheats, bots, unauthorized automation, exploits, hacks, or other unfair methods;

  • Interfere with or disrupt servers, networks, or security;

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

  1. Accounts and Security (if applicable)
    Some Services may allow accounts or third-party login. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

  2. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions, and Virtual Items
    Some Services offer paid features, subscriptions, or virtual currency/items/content ("Virtual Items").

5.1 Platform Billing
Purchases are processed by your app store or platform provider unless otherwise stated. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes as required by the platform.

5.2 No Real-World Value / No Transfer
Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and are not legal tender. Except where required by law:

  • Virtual Items are not redeemable for cash,

  • Virtual Items are non-transferable, and

  • You may not sell, gift, or trade Virtual Items outside the Services.

5.3 Changes to Virtual Items
To the extent permitted by law, we may manage, modify, or remove Virtual Items and paid features for operational, balancing, security, or legal reasons. We do not guarantee that a particular Virtual Item will be available indefinitely.

5.4 Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and purchase cancellations are generally handled according to the policies of your platform provider (e.g., the App Store / Google Play).
If you experience an issue with a purchase, you may contact:

  • your platform provider for refund requests, and/or

  • Nanali support at support@nanali.net for assistance and investigation.
    Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

  1. User Content (including Photo Sharing / Social Features)
    Some Services may allow you to submit or share content such as photos, images, text, comments, or other materials ("User Content").

6.1 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit it, that it does not infringe any third-party rights, and that it does not violate laws or these Terms.

6.2 License to Nanali
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content through the Services, you grant Nanali a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/technical purposes), display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content solely to:

  • operate and provide the Services (including displaying shared content),

  • enable social/sharing functionality,

  • moderate and enforce these Terms,

  • improve and develop the Services.

6.3 Moderation and Removal
We may (but are not obligated to) review, remove, disable access to, or restrict User Content at any time if we believe it violates these Terms, platform rules, or applicable law.

6.4 Reporting
If you believe content violates these Terms or infringes your rights, contact support@nanali.net with relevant details.

  1. Community Standards and Prohibited Conduct
    You agree not to harass or abuse others, post unlawful or infringing content, share others' personal data without permission, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or exploit the Services (including cheating or fraud).

  2. Advertising and Third-Party Services
    The Services may include ads, third-party SDKs, or links to third-party services. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies. Nanali is not responsible for third-party services or content.

  3. Privacy
    Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

  4. Intellectual Property
    The Services, including all software, content, designs, trademarks, logos, and related materials, are owned by Nanali or its licensors and are protected by IP laws. Except for the limited license granted in Section 3, no rights are granted to you.

  5. Updates, Changes, and Availability
    We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in whole or part) at any time for operational, security, legal, or business reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

  6. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law/platform rules, or if your use creates security or harm risks. You may stop using the Services at any time.

  7. Disclaimers
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

  8. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nanali will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nanali’s total liability for any claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to Nanali for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim (or USD $50 if you made no payments), unless applicable law requires otherwise.

  9. Indemnification
    To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nanali and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.

  10. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

  11. Dispute Resolution
    Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@nanali.net to attempt to resolve the issue informally.
    Where permitted by law, disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts in Seoul, Republic of Korea, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

  12. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
